BBC-licensed LS3/5A from Rogers International UK Ltd (Virginia Water). Rogers historically manufactured over 50,000 pairs of LS3/5As (1975-1993), giving them the deepest production heritage of any current licensee. The current "Classic" reissue resumed production after the BBC re-issued the license. SE variant adds Panzaholz (densified compressed beech, Defender Defender baffle) front baffle plus upgraded crossover resistors at R1/R2.
Recognition: TAS Gold Ear Award 2025 — Paul Seydor: "I had almost forgotten how much more natural sealed-box bass could sound relative to bass reflex... the Rogers manages to generate sufficient tonal weight to do justice to piano tonality...
